Ingredients:
2 standard carrots (peeled and chopped)
2 ripe tomatoes (quartered)
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
125 ml water (optional, for easier blending)
A pinch of salt or a dash of honey (optional)
Preparation:
Choose the carrots and tomatoes, then squeeze in the lemon juice.
Blend all the ingredients with the water until smooth.
Add a pinch of salt or honey to taste, if necessary. Strain
for a thicker juice (optional).
