Ingredients:
1 liter of lukewarm water (settled, preferably filtered)
1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast (fresh or dried)
1 tablespoon of sugar (or molasses, if you prefer a natural alternative)

(optional) a few drops of lemon juice
Preparation method:
Pour water into a large jar or bottle.
